Roles and permissions

Signyd organizations have three roles.

Completed (signed) documents cannot be deleted from the workspace. Archive them instead. Archived files are removed automatically after 30 days.

When you invite someone you can assign Member or Admin only. You cannot invite a second owner.

Removing a member does not delete documents they requested. The requester name stays on those documents as information.
