Route: /documents/[id] The detail page shows the request status, each recipient, signing links, and files.

Recipients

Each signer shows status (sent, opened, signed, or blocked). You can:
  • Copy that signer’s unique link
  • Resend the invitation
  • Open the ID verification tab when Signyd Verify is on — see Signyd Verify
HIPAA workspaces require MFA before this page and before signed PDF download.

Files

When the request completes you can download:
  • The completed PDF(s), cryptographically signed and sealed by Signyd (HSM, AATL, TSA)
  • Source files kept separate when Merge uploaded files into one PDF was off
  • The certificate of completion / audit trail
Parties receive a secure download link by email; the PDFs are not attached to that message. Public reviewers use a separate Verify page. That page never shows ID photos.

Archive

Completed documents cannot be deleted. Archive them from the list or detail page. Archived files are removed automatically after 30 days.
