# Roles and permissions

> Owner, Admin, and Member.

Signyd organizations have three roles.

## Workspace roles

| Pay, checkout, choose-plan purchase | Yes | Yes | No |

| Change the owner | No | No | No |
| Delete **completed** documents | No | No | No |

Completed (signed) documents cannot be deleted from the workspace. **Archive** them instead. Archived files are removed automatically after 30 days.

## Invite roles

When you invite someone you can assign **Member** or **Admin** only. You cannot invite a second owner.

## Removing a member

Removing a member does **not** delete documents they requested. The requester name stays on those documents as information.
